heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, two eggs, salt and pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, baking powder, panko bread crumb and mix well until evenly combined.
Spoon beef mixture and roll into a ball approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Place rolled meatballs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sauce:
mince 1 glove garlic
In a small bowl or cup water and corn starch to make slurry
In a medium bowl combine honey, sriracha, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Place in oven for 15 minutes total, flipping at about 10 minutes and allow to finish cooking the remainder 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and set baking sheet on a cookie sheet and let meatballs rest while cooking the sauce.
In a large pan, heat oil and add 1 glove minced garlic and dried chili peppers and stir for about a minute before adding sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes and reduce heat and let it simmer for about five minutes or until sauce thickens.
And in cooked meatballs and gently stir until thoroughly covered in sauce.
Turn off heat and plate the meatballs to serve over white rice as lunch/ dinner or on its own as an appetizer.
