Chicken Bacon Ranch Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breast
- 12 Slices of Bacon
- 3 French Double Rolls
- 9 Slices of Provolone Cheese
- 2 Diced Garlic Cloves
- 3/4 Stick of Butter
- Diced Tomatoes
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Ranch Dressing
Prep Instructions
- Dice chicken breasts into cubes
- Mince garlic cloves and place in a pan with butter
- Slice French rolls down the middle about 90 percent of the way through
- Dice tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat griddle to 350 degrees
- Cook the bacon to your likeness first
- Place diced chicken breasts on top of bacon grease and season with kosher salt, black pepper and garlic powder
- Place pan of garlic butter on griddle
- Once garlic butter has melted, brush onto your buns and toast your buns
- Once your chicken hits 165 degrees internal top each with 4 slices of bacon and 3 slices of provolone cheese
- Once cheese has melted, place bun on top and use griddle spatchula to get under the chicken to hold it in the bun as you flip it over
- Top your sandwich with tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing
