I took a half rack of ribs with the intentions of making a McRib sandwich that taste better than McDonalds famous McRib sandwich. The results… I’ll never wait in line at McDonalds again!

I started by coating my ribs with a rub and throwing them on the smoker at 275 degrees for 2 hours. Then I added some more ingredients and wrapped my ribs in tin foil and smoked for another 2 hours. Then I pulled out the bones from the ribs, gave a nice coating of BBQ sauce and threw them back on the smoker at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Finally, I threw my ribs onto some toasted Hawaiian Rolls, added some more BBQ sauce, onions, pickles and then devoured! This recipe is a must try whenever you are craving a McRib sandwich.
