I sliced up an onion and filled it with cheddar cheese and ground beef then wrapped it up in some bacon before throwing on the smoker.
I used signature Trager pellets and set my smoker to 375 degrees until it reached an internet temperature of about 125 degrees. At this point, I glazed my onion bomb with some BBQ sauce and topped it with some cheese.
Once my onion bomb reached about 135 degrees I pulled it off the smoker and let it rest for about 10 minutes before devouring.
