Preheat your smoker to 180 degrees using a hardwood flavored pellet like hickory or mesquite.
In a mixing bowl add your ground beef, teriyaki sauce, kosher salt and black pepper. Mix with your hands until ingredients are well incorporated.
Pack your meat gun with your ground beef mixture and be sure to press all the air bubbles out.
Squeeze out your ground beef mixture in lines accross your smoker's grill.
After 1 1/2 hours flip your beef sticks over.
After 3 hours remove beef sticks from heat and place on cooling rack for 30 minutes.
