I took some chicken wings and boiled them before throwing them on the smokers. Using some signature blend Traeger pellets I smoked these chicken wings at 375 degrees until they hit an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
To top things off, I coated these chicken wings in some sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings. The sauces I used are Mango Habanero, Classic Buffalo and Parmesan Garlic.
The boiling of the chicken wings ensured they would fully cook and give me a crispy skin at a high temperature on the smoker.
