- 1 LB Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Any Steak Rub
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Gloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 wedge lemon or lime
Prep Instructions
T-Bone Steak Prep
- Start by seasoning your steak with Worcestershire sauce on each side of the steak, followed by salt and black pepper taste and finish it off with your favorite steak rub.
- Set your steak aside for about 15 minutes while you get your bbq going.
Shrimp Prep
- Wash shrimp with cold water and put it in a colander to drain well or pat it dry with paper towel. Move to a clean bowl.
- Mince 2 gloves garlic
- in a small bowl, combine the garlic and butter and stir until smooth.
T-Bone Steak Cooking Instruction
Start your BBQ and wait until it reaches 300°. Place T-Bone steaks on the PPQ pit and cook until they reach 120° internal temperature.
